Terms of Use
Last updated 15 October 2026 · Ejuvo Ltd
These terms are the rules for using the Ejuvo website and our products, including Notrev (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Ejuvo Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda (“Ejuvo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. If you use the Services for an organisation, such as a school, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@ejuvo.rw if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You may use some features as a guest, but guest data may not be kept or recoverable.
- You can delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how.
3. Your content
“Your content” means the notes, past papers and other material you upload. You keep all rights in it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it, and to send it to our AI and infrastructure providers, only as needed to run the Services for you (for example, to generate your study plan and questions).
You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that doing so doesn’t break the law or anyone else’s rights. Please don’t upload material you aren’t allowed to copy or share, such as someone else’s copyrighted textbook or an exam you have no right to hold.
4. AI-generated material
Notrev uses artificial intelligence to create study plans, questions and explanations. AI can make mistakes, so always check important facts against your lecturer’s materials and textbooks. The Services are a study aid. We don’t guarantee any particular exam result or grade.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit;
- use the Services to cheat in a way that breaks your school’s or examiner’s rules;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Services, or get around usage limits or security;
- access another person’s account or data, or share your account in a way that hides who is using it;
- resell the Services without our written permission.
6. Paid features and changes
Some features may be free and others may be paid. Prices and terms are shown before you buy. We may add, change or remove features, and may introduce or change limits and prices for future use. We will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.
7. Our property
The Ejuvo and Notrev names, logos, software, designs and other material we provide are owned by Ejuvo Ltd or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services as these terms allow, but you don’t get any ownership of them.
8. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or depend on third-party services, such as Google sign-in or our AI and hosting providers. We aren’t responsible for services we don’t operate, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
9. Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the Services running well, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always suited to your particular needs. Back up anything important that you upload, as you would with any online service.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ejuvo isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Services or other users at risk. We’ll tell you why where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) will continue after your access ends.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived. We’d always like to hear about a problem first and try to sort it out together.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you in the product or by email. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
